country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

payment from you.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

•How much is my shipping?

• I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

• How do I return my product?

• I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

• When will my order ship?

top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours
of shipment.

• Has my order shipped?

• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order has been placed, the order is no longer editable. You will need to call our customer service at 213-291-9300 to have your order revised or cancelled.
Please also note that once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel.

• How do I track my order?

• My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered",
please contact customer service for assistance.

• An item is missing from my shipment.

We do not backorder. If an item in your order gets out of stock, you will be notified and have the option to refund or choose another item.

PRICING AND BILLING

• Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

• I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial
records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

• When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

• When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


RETURN POLICY

• Returning Merchandise

Items can be returned within 7 days and must be unworn, in complete bundle and contain all original packaging. Packages returned after 7 days are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us at returns@ohyesfashion.com or call 213-291-9300, Fax 213-745-2420
within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please write down the RMA number outside the box and mail together with a copy of your invoice.

• Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns without authorization number. Return authorizations obtained after the 7 day policy will also be charged a 30% restocking fee.

• Discounts and Promotions

The refund value of items returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount. Other restrictions may apply.

• Final Sale

All items on SALE and Package Deals are final. Final sale and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund.


• Shipping Charges

All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at 213-291-9300 and we will issue you a return
label.


• Refunds/Store Credit

Please allow us 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not allow exchanges.
