We accept orders via online, by phone, by fax, and by email currently.

•Minimum or Sample Order

We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. We do not offer sample orders.

•Internet Ordering

Placing your order online is very easy, fast and safe. OhyesFashion.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse,
or alteration of your information, so ordering from Apparelshowroom.com is the safe, worry-free experience shopping online should be.

• International Orders

We ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda,
and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use USPS for international shipments, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

• Requesting a Catalog

We do not offer any printed catalog because we update our inventory with new merchandise every week.

• Change to your Order

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

2. Credit/Debit cards- Use the "buy" option next to each item to purchase our items. Once you are done adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on the "checkout" 'button,
and you will be taken to a step by step process to complete your order.

•   Under billing address you will need to enter the address where you receive the statement of the card being used for payment.

•   If statement for card is received to a P.O. Box address please opt out the word "P.O. Box". Only input the box number.

  Example: P.O.Box 12345 you will need to input for P.O Box number only 12345.

• Shipping Policies

Ohyesfashion.com ships prepaid or COD if applicable. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

• When will my order be shipped?

Usually all orders received before 12:00PM(PST) will be shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or
on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
We ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

• How to Ship to AK, HI and PR

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed
1 day due to customs.

• International Shipping

The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely.
We use USPS for all international shipments, unless costumer prefers their own shipping method like UPS. We only charge the shipping charges.
We are not responsible for the duties and taxes that will be charged once the package gets into the destination country.

• Estimating Delivery Time for Order

You can click on the "UPS Worldwide Delivery Times" link to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90021" for postal code as ORIGIN.

• Tracking Your Order

You can review your order information and trace your order at MY ACCOUNT on our website.

• Notification

You will receive a shipment notification email and a final invoice with shipping & handling charge from us if you have provided a valid email address upon placing an order.
You will also be provided with a tracking number of your order.
